The “Can’t find it?” form: your name, contact (Instagram, Telegram or phone), chosen piercing, preferences, description and the reference photos you upload. We use them to pick jewellery for you and get in touch. Legal basis: your request (steps before providing a service, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your IP address is used briefly to protect the form from spam and is not stored.

Booking happens on Setmore and messaging on Instagram; their own privacy policies apply there.

Data is stored on a server of the hosting provider Netcup GmbH (Germany).

A notification about a new request, with its contents and photos, is sent to Lera via Telegram (Telegram Messenger, outside the EU).

Data is never sold or shared for advertising.

Requests and photos are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically, or earlier on request.

The site uses only necessary cookies: your language and the studio login for the stock page. There is no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking; fonts are served from our own server.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing or object to it — write to by.platiins@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv).

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
